OctoMag is installed at TU Darmstadt and integrated into the local research infrastructure. It enables  experimental studies in precise magnetic actuation and control.

Our electromagnetic navigation systems (eMNS) were instrumental in this research where magnetically guided microrobotic capsules were developed that can navigate through the intricate vasculature to deliver drugs with pinpoint accuracy. Check out the details here.
